The Villa: ZAR 1180 per night / R590 per person per night sharing
Beach Suite: ZAR 1080 per night / R540 per person per night sharing
Minimum stay of 2 nights over weekends
A surcharge of R600 per booking will be charged for one night stays over weekends

High Season (01 September - 30 April)

The Villa: ZAR 1680 per night / R840 per person per night sharing
Beach Suite: ZAR 1480 per night / R740 per person per night sharing
Minimum stay of 2 nights required over week ends
A surcharge of R600 per booking will be charged for one night stays over weekends

Peak Season (10 December - 10 January)
& Special Occasions

The Villa: ZAR 1780 per night / R890 per person per night sharing
Beach Suite: ZAR 1680 per night / R840 per person per night sharing
Minimum stay of 7 nights required over peak season
(Stays longer than 14 days will receive 15% discount)

For Families occupying "The Villa" a Garden Cottage is available for children of 12 years and older. The Cottage can accommodate 2 children @ R250 per child per night. The Cottages offers 2 single beds, a shower, toilet & basin.

"The Villa" and the Garden Cottage are pet friendly. Pets are welcome on request.

Child Policy

Children of 12 years and older are permitted in the Garden Cottage only during Peak & High Season

Babies - R100 per night per child in "The Villa" only. Cots on request

Breakfasts

ENGLISH BREAKFAST at the Milkwood Restaurant - approximately ZAR 50 per person. ( 4 minute walk from the villa - also on the beachfront.
SELF-CATERING option at your own time!

Cancellations for accommodation (excluding wedding accommodation) forfeit 25% of deposit paid. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75% of deposit paid. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of deposit paid. Once guests have booked in and then leave 100% of booking fees forfeited. (These strict cancellation Policies of KENNEDYS is due to the fact that we exclusively cater for two couples at a time!).
