Kennedy's Beach Villa offers luxury self catering and bed and breakfast accommodation in Onrus River, Hermanus. Guests can choose between the very private and exclusive Villa tucked away in a Milkwood Forest or the romantic Beach Suite offering sweeping ocean views.

"The Villa"

The Villa is private and exclusive; a spacious open-plan apartment offering luxury accommodation in Hermanus catering for two guests at a time; whether you are looking for a romantic honeymoon destination or just a special location for a quiet week end away, Kennedy's is the place for you!

The Villa offers a Louis XIV Queen size bed with quality linen and a small Victorian style bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Complimentary "Just Pure" toiletries are included. Guests in the Villa have exclusive use of an "open-air" Victorian bath hidden away in the Milkwood forest. Aromatherapy massages can be enjoyed under the Milkwood trees at an additional cost. (Pre-booking essential)

The Villa also offers a small sunken kitchenette ideal for preparing light meals. Private Braai/Barbecue facilities are available.

There are several seating areas available for dining and relaxation. Full-length windows let in generous amounts of sunlight, while at night the fireplace generates coziness and warmth. A billiards table, a TV with selected DSTV channels and a DVD Player are provided for your entertainment.

No marble tops or plasma screens are available at "The Villa", just romantic old style living with a touch of luxury and charm ideal for nature lovers. If you are looking for an exclusive honeymoon destination or romantic anniversary spot Kennedy's is the place for you. Guests can enjoy the sounds of nature and the Onrus lagoon on your doorstep complimented by beautiful scenery and the tranquillity of the Milkwood forest.

Outdoors

"The Villa" offers charming outdoor spaces. The Milkwood forest begins right outside the doors of the Villa and stretches all the way to the lagoon leading to a private garden area overlooking Onrus Lagoon and Beach available to the "Villa" guests only. Last, but not least, Onrus Beach is just a 4-minute walk away from Kennedy's.

Bathing under the African sky

An "open-air" free-standing Victorian bath situated underneath the Milkwood trees; yet in complete seclusion and privacy, an antique bathtub available for your relaxation at the end of a fulfilled day.

* The Villa is not suitable for people having difficulty walking due to the stairs at the entrance of the Villa.

The Beach Suite

The Beach Suite is romantic and luxurious offering a Queen Size bed with quality percale linen overlooking a spacious sun deck and Jacuzzi promising spectacular mountain and sea views over Onrus River & Beach! The suite offers an en-suite bathroom with a Victorian bath, toilet and basin. Added luxuries include a mini-bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and crockery as well as a TV with selected DSTV channels. (No cooking facilities).

The Beach Suite is ideal for loving couples looking for a romantic honeymoon destination or anniversary spot with the beach just a few minutes away.

We are pleased to let you know that we welcome pets in our pet-friendly self catering Villa situated on the edge of the Onrus Lagoon. The Villa offers direct access to a spacious garden where you can walk your dog and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Onrus River.

Onrus River is a short drive from Hermanus, the whale capital of South Africa and offers a wide variety of hotels, luxury guest houses, bed and breakfast spots as well as self-catering establishments, however few places allow pets. Onrus River offers the ideal location to walk your dog, a quiet and friendly neighbourhood with plenty of outdoor spaces.
